Amanda L. Moyer
Amanda focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on the defense of medical malpractice, personal injury, and general liability. Prior to joining Lauria Tokunaga Gates & Linn Amanda worked as a certified paralegal and law clerk in plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice as well as private criminal defense.
Amanda was born and raised in Mendocino, California attending Mendocino High School and thereafter graduating from California State University Chico with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Studies. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from McGeorge School of Law in 2019 with a specialty certificate in Trial and Appellate Advocacy. During law school Amanda interned as a student attorney for the Federal Public Defenders and worked as a teaching assistant for Advanced Legal Research and Writing.
