Scott A. Linn
Scott has represented insured and self-insured individuals and business entities in the Sacramento and greater Northern and Central California areas. His practice has focused primarily on defense of automobile personal injury claims for individual and corporate clients, as well as defense of premises liability claims for such establishments as Outback Steakhouse, Lyon’s Restaurants, Round Table Pizza, Chevy’s Restaurants, Raley’s Supermarket, Bel Air Market and Food 4 Less Supermarkets. Other areas of Scott’s practice have included defense of trucking accidents, construction injury and medical malpractice defense.
Scott has handled cases for Explorer Insurance Company, Insurance Company of the West, USAA, The Hartford, Federated Mutual Insurance Company, The Doctors Company, SCPIE, Financial Indemnity Company, National Automobile and Casualty Company, Western Family Insurance Company, Sequoia Insurance Company, GMAC, Precision Risk Management, Robert Moreno Insurance Services, Wawanesa Insurance Company, North Carolina Farm Bureau, QBE The Americas, National American Insurance Casualty Company (Danielson), Alliance United Insurance Company, AFA Claims Service and Viking Insurance Company.
Scott graduated from Chico State University in 1984 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He studied law at the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and at London University. He graduated from McGeorge in 1989.
