Artak Paskevichyan primarily focuses on civil litigation practice including automobile personal injury defense, premises liability defense, medical malpractice defense, general and tort liability defense, and professional negligence liability defense. Prior to joining LTGL, Artak represented corporate and individual clients in a variety of civil matters, including plaintiffs in personal injury matters arising out of automobile accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and encroaching dangers. Artak brings extensive understanding of the plaintiffs’ prospective in defending against injury and general tort claims. His business background and experience in a wide-range of civil matters provides him an extensive perspective in handling civil litigation matters.
Artak graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 2012. He then graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2015. In law school, he received several recognitions and participated in study abroad programs in France and China. Artak simultaneously obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University during his time at law school.
