David M. Trent

David Trent has represented individual and corporate clients as well as self-insured entities in a broad variety of civil litigation throughout California. His practice has focused primarily on the defense of automobile personal injury claims. Other areas of David’s practice have included construction defect litigation and defense of individual sheriff’s officers and religious institutions.

David graduated from Williamette University in Salem, Oregon in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics. He graduated from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2005. While in law school, David interned at the Alpine District Attorney’s Office and the California Attorney General’s Office, Civil Division.

Before attending law school, David worked as a Legislative Assistant in the Oregon House of Representatives and as a Department Manager for Home Depot.
